Common Questions About the FiftyPlus Fitness Online Program

  • I’ve never lifted before. Can I do this?

    Absolutely. Most of my clients haven’t touched a weight in years (or ever). We start where you are and build from there.

  • What if I have joint pain or injuries?

    That’s exactly why I built this program. We work around your limitations, not through them. Proper form and controlled movements protect your joints, not destroy them

  • Do I need a gym membership?

    No. You can train at home or at a gym, either works.


    If you want to train at home, I’ll provide you with a curated equipment list (dumbbells, resistance bands, bench) so you’re not guessing what to buy. You’ll have exactly what you need, nothing more.


    If you have access to a gym, great. We'll design your program around whatever equipment you have available.

    Your choice. Same results.

  • What if I can’t do 3 workouts per week?

    Then this probably isn't the right fit. Consistency is the key. If you can't commit to 3 sessions/week, you won't see the results you want.

  • Is this online-only or can I train in person?

    This is the online program. If you're in Fort Collins, CO, we can discuss in-person options separately.

  • What if I don't see results in 4 weeks?

    Let’s be honest, real transformation takes time.  


    In 4 weeks, you’ll see:

    • Improved energy and recovery
    • Better movement patterns and form
    • Initial strength gains
    • Momentum and confidence

    But losing 20 pounds or deadlifting 200 lbs? That takes longer.


    This program is about building the foundation and the HABIT. If you follow the plan—show up for your workouts, hit your protein targets, and stay consistent—you will see measurable progress in 4 weeks.  


    If you don’t, we'll figure out why and adjust. But understand: this isn’t a quick fix. It’s a long-term investment in your health.


    Most clients should continue for 12+ weeks because that’s when the real transformation happens.
